1. Website Use

This website is provided for general information about the plumbing services of Second Opinion Plumbing LLC. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

2. Estimates and Pricing

An estimate request or estimate is not a final diagnosis, a contract, or a guaranteed price. Final pricing requires an onsite evaluation and your authorization before work begins. Information on this website is general and cannot replace an onsite plumbing inspection. A diagnostic fee may apply.

3. Emergency Service

24-hour emergency plumbing service is available. Availability and arrival times are not guaranteed. Regular office hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; closed Sundays.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and the problem, and safe, reasonable access to the work area — including access to shutoffs, fixtures, and cleanouts where possible.

5. Offers

All offers are subject to the Offer Terms published on this website, including expiration dates, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and combination restrictions. Eligibility and availability must be confirmed by Second Opinion Plumbing LLC.

6. Membership

Our plumbing membership plan is $19 per month. Membership benefits, exclusions, and cancellation and refund rules are shown on our Membership page and confirmed at enrollment. Membership discounts and offers cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions. Need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment? Please contact us as early as possible so the time can be offered to another customer.

7. Financing

Financing is offered through a third-party provider (Wisetack), is subject to approval, and is governed by that provider's separate terms. Second Opinion Plumbing does not determine financing approval or lending terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of this website is owned by Second Opinion Plumbing LLC and may be viewed for personal, non-commercial use only. It may not be copied or republished without our permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information through its forms or chat assistant.

10. Customer Reviews
