Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you request an estimate, use our chat assistant, or contact us, we receive the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), service address, the type of service you need, your description of the plumbing problem, and any photo you choose to attach.

Automatic information. Our hosting platform records basic usage such as pages viewed and buttons clicked — never your name, contact details, or the content you type.

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to measure page views and button clicks related to our Facebook and Instagram advertising. The events we send contain no personal information — no names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, plumbing-problem descriptions, form contents, or other personal information. Meta may set cookies under its own policy; you can learn more in Meta's own cookie and privacy notices.

Why We Collect It

We use your information to respond to and schedule your service request, contact you about it, provide plumbing services, and understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

Service Providers

• Base44 — website hosting, forms, database, and built-in usage analytics.
• Meta — Pixel measurement for our advertising.
• Google — web fonts.
• Email delivery — used to route your request to our team.
• Wisetack — financing. The financing link takes you to Wisetack's website, where their own privacy policy applies.

We do not use Google Analytics, session-replay tools, or any other advertising trackers.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

How Long We Keep It

We keep submission records for up to 24 months after a request is completed, then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

Information travels over HTTPS and is stored on access-controlled systems that only authorized administrators can read. We never ask for payment-card information through these forms.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your submission.
